Kaizer Chiefs will meet Marumo Gallants for the first time when the two teams lock horns in a DStv Premiership game at Peter Mokaba Stadium this afternoon. The team from Limpopo campaigned as TTM last season in the PSL before their name change and ownership at the start of the season.
Both teams are still licking their wounds after losing their previous league matches and will try and fight for the three points in Polokwane.

Four players will start the match with Daniel Akpeyi replacing Brandon Petersen in goal. In defence Reeve Frosler will come on for Njabulo Ngcobo, In midfield, Nange will be replaced by Nkosingiphile Ngcobo and Lebogang Manyama will replace Nurković in attack.
Chiefs will again use a 4-2-3-1 formation for today’s game.
Nigerian International, Akpeyi will make his 2021/22 season debut for Chiefs this afternoon against Marumo.
In defence Chiefs will have Sifiso Hlanti on the left, Mulomowandau Mathoho and Daniel Cardoso in the middle and Reeve Frosler on the right.
Cole Alexander and Njabulo Blom are in midfield. They will have Ngcobo in front of them while Khama Billiat and Keagan Dolly will be on the wings.
