Chiefs Reserves recently recorded two wins in a row against Bloemfontein Celtic and Polokwane City’s Reserve teams. They will be hoping to make it three on Tuesday afternoon.
It has not been easy for the young Amakhosi as the team experienced a stuttering start in the Multichoice Diski Challenge earlier in the season. However, coach Arthur Zwane’s troops are beginning to gel as a team after a reshuffle of the personnel which saw some of the players promoted to the first team and others loaned out to the NFD side, Swallows FC.
After six matches played, City Reserves are riding high as joint log leaders but Zwane is unfazed as his team is only six points adrift of the leaders on seventh position.
Preceding Chiefs and City Reserves will be:
09:00 Stellenbosch FC Reserves vs Mamelodi Sundowns Reserves
12:00 Chippa United Reserves vs Orlando Pirates Reserves
FREE tickets are collectible at Kabokweni Shopping Complex and all matches will be televised live on SS10.
