1. Get a KC Mobile Starter Pack. List of stores: Vodacom Shops
2. RICA the KC Mobile SIM card in-store or Vodacom RICA Agent using your ID book or certified ID copy and proof of residence (if renting or living with parents/guardian you will be required to produce a residence confirmation letter from parents/guardian/landlord)
3. Insert the KC Mobile SIM card into your phone and dial 100 and follow voice prompts.
4. Receive your new number, recharge and start enjoying the benefits of the KC Mobile Starter Pack

Keep Your Current Number And Join KC Mobile (Port to KC Mobile)

Any other network (Cell C, MTN, Telkom Mobile, Virgin Mobile) to KC Mobile 

1. Get a KC Mobile Starter Pack.
2. RICA the KC Mobile SIM card in-store or Vodacom RICA Agent using your ID book or certified ID copy and proof of residence (If renting or living with parents/guardian you will be required to produce a residence confirmation letter from parents/guardian/landlord)
3. Using your old SIM card (Cell C, MTN, Telkom Mobile, Virgin Mobile) send SMS to 0827678287 that says: PORTME (space) new Kaizer Chiefs SIM card number found at the back of the starterpack  (Also printed on the SIM- it is a 20 digit number) e.g. PORTME 8929800000000XXXXXXX
4. Make sure your old (Cell C, MTN, Telkom Mobile, Virgin Mobile) has at least R2 balance and try not to recharge until the porting process has been completed as the airtime will not be carried over into the KCMobile SIM card.
5. You will receive the following SMS reply on your current SIM:
   • Your port request DATE XXXVODASPXXXXXXXXXXX has been submitted. We are currently waiting for a response from your current network.
   • Your request to port your number to Vodacom has been approved. Note your airtime will not be carried over during the porting process.
   • Your cellphone number will be moved to the Vodacom Network on day/Month/Year
6. Insert the KCMobile SIM card into your phone and dial 100 and follow voice prompts.

Current Vodacom Subscribers cannot port or SIM Swap from Vodacom to KC Mobile. Get a new KC Mobile Starter Pack and number to enjoy the wonderful benefits.
