Hadebe replaces Erick Mathoho, who will start on the bench.
Meanwhile, Hendrick Ekstein comes back into the starting XI, compared to last Saturday’s loss in the Telkom Knockout semi-final against Bidvest Wits. He replaces Wiseman Meyiwa, who was red-carded against the Clever Boys and, as a result, got a two-match suspension.
Gustavo Páez also comes in, replacing Siphiwe Tshabalala. The Venezuelan showed excellent form after coming on in the second half against Wits.
AmaZulu, meanwhile, will start with former Chiefs player Simphiwe Mtsweni in the line-up. He will play at the left-back position. Another former Glamour Boys, Ovidy Karuru, will start from the bench.
The Absa Premiership fixture between Kaizer Chiefs and AmaZulu will take place at Umlazi’s King Zwelithini Stadium this Wednesday evening (kick-off is at 19:30).
