Doctor Khumalo’s daughter Theonada passed away on Wednesday, 12 July 2017, at the age of 25.
“We are with Doctor during these difficult times,” says Kaizer Chiefs Chairman Kaizer Motaung, “losing a child is something unimaginable.
“Theonada was a young woman full of spirit. Doctor loved her a lot. I can’t express the pain I feel, especially as I know how it feels to lose a child.
“I want to express my heartfelt condolences on behalf of Management, Players, Staff and Supporters of Kaizer Chiefs.”
The Chiefs Chairman asks Doctor to find comfort in Matthew 19:14 - Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.”
May the Lord be with Theonada’s family and friends during this time of mourning.
