As Kaizer Chiefs Chairman, Dr. Kaizer Motaung, celebrates his 79th birthday today, he does so with the emotional words of love and appreciation from the club’s legions of supporters ringing warmly in his ears.
Wonderful birthday wishes for Dr. Motaung have been flooding in from Amakhosi Supporters Club branches in all corners of the country, paying warm tribute to the extraordinary man who has been so pivotal in building the Khosi Nation of millions around the world.
“Love and Peace has truly been a brand that you lead by example, because there is no way 79 can look so amazing. I wish you many, many more years to come . May we never stop celebrating you our KHOSI Chairman. Today, we say we Rise with you on your special day,” said Victoria Mokaetle from the Lakeside Branch, on behalf of the Sedibeng Region’s leadership.
“Wishing our Chairman Dr. Kaizer Motaung a happy happy birthday today. May you enjoy this beautiful day with family and friends. We as Kaizer Chiefs supporters appreciate you and thank you for creating such a team that brings people together from all the corners of South Africa. Siyabonga Guluva, may the Good Lord keep you and ensure you enjoy more days like this,” said Thokozani Mafanele from the Vosloorus Branch.
“Happy blessed birthday to our Chairman, our Father and our role model. A successful, yet humble father figure. We learnt so much from you Dr Kaizer Motaung, humility, love and respect. I thank God for your life and we will forever cherish, love and support this biggest institution you started decades ago. May God bless you abundantly with many more years. Love & Peace,” said Batho Mpholo in a beautiful message from the Tembisa Branch.
The Siyabuswa Branch also sent a lovely birthday message to the Chairman, via Paul Selala, who said: “We wish you plenty of joy today and every day of the coming year. You are a perfect example of wisdom, leadership, and foresight. On your birthday, we wish you peace, good health, and happiness”.
Agnes Radebe from the Greater Soweto Branch sent a very personal message to the Chairman, thanking him for being a role model and saying “my best qualities comes from learning from you, thank you for being an example of the best way to live”.
Nomakhaya Giyo from the Umzimkhulu Branch wished the Chairman “lots of smiles, happiness, opportunities and beautiful memories” on his birthday.
All the way from the Western Cape came beautiful messages to the ‘Father of Love & Peace” from Rebecca Madula from the Mfuleni Blue Downs Branch, who said: “Wishing you a day of pleasant surprises and tons of gifts. You have the biggest heart in the world, the heart that carries millions of Kaizer Chiefs supporters worldwide . Thank you for the legacy you live for” .
Birthday wishes continued to stream in from Cato Ridge, Soshanguve, Mandeni, Richards Bay, Evaton, Atteridgeville, Christiana, Kokstad, Seshego, Diepsloot, Frankfort, Phalaborwa, Mankweng, Katlehong, Muldersdrift and many more parts of the country.
The warm words of deep love and affection from every corner of the country are testament to the huge respect and esteem the visionary, iconic Chairman of Kaizer Chiefs, Dr. Kaizer Motaung, deservedly enjoys from millions of Amakhosi supporters the country and world over.
