Moleko couldn’t take part in last Sunday’s CAF Confederation Cup fixture against Zambia’s Zesco United because of not having been registered, while Parker comes in for Khama Billiat, who has been rested, although the Zimbabwean will sit on the bench.
Siphosakhe Ntiya-Ntiya, who has been doing well in recent weeks, continues to play on the left wing, having Teenage Hadebe behind him at left-back.
George Maluleka hasn’t fully healed yet from his Achilles problem, while Philani Zulu is still recovering from his facial fracture.
Kick-off for this evening’s match between Amakhosi and Usuthu is scheduled for 19:30.
