Kaizer Chiefs first team competes in the DStv Premiership. The team is nicknamed Amakhosi (a Nguni translation for Chiefs), and the "Phefeni Glamour Boys". The team currently plays most of its home matches at the FNB Stadium in Nasrec, Soweto. The stadium hosted the opening and final of the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Kaizer Chiefs is arguably the most successful football club in South Africa.
