As Kaizer Chiefs prepare to welcome DStv Premiership champions Mamelodi Sundowns to FNB Stadium this weekend, Amakhosi midfielder Sabelo Radebe says it will be a game with plenty of “pride and dignity” at stake.
“It’s not going to be an easy game, that’s one thing we know for sure. I know they have already won the league, but they won’t relax regarding their pride and dignity. But with the preparations of our management, we will be able to face them,” Radebe told www.kaizerchiefs.com.
Naturally, Radebe expects a difficult evening at FNB on Sunday against a top quality side who are champions for good reason, but has stressed that Chiefs have their own objectives and motivation going into the game.
“It’s going to be a very tough game. We are preparing to play a high intensity game, to go at them and give them a game. On our side, we have to win our remaining games and see where it puts us,” says Radebe.
*Kickoff is at 17h30 on Sunday 8 May at the FNB Stadium. Tickets are available online with Ticketmaster and Computicket.
