The junior teams from the Kaizer Chiefs Development Academy will be in action on Thursday, 21 March when they take on NWU Vaal in the SAFA Gauteng Development League (GDL) at the George Thabe stadium in Sharpeville.
The U-13s will get the day going at 9:00am, followed by the U-15 match, which kicks off at 10:30. The U-17s will play at midday, and the U-19s conclude what is expected to be an action-packed Human Rights Day when they take the field for a 2:00pm kick off.
This coming weekend, Amakhosi’s U-15 and U-17 teams will compete in the Friendship Cup at the Randburg Football Club.
On Saturday, 23 March the U-15s take on the School of Excellence at 11:00am, and then meet Joburg City at 4:00pm, both on Field B.
On Field A, the U-17s face Tuks at 9:00am and then Joburg City at 1:00pm.
On Sunday morning, 24 March, U-17s kick off against Randburg AFC at 9:00am on Field B, followed by the U-15s, who meet Tuks in a 10:00am kick off on the same field.
The U-15 Final will be played at 3:00pm, with the U-17 Final coming afterwards at 4:00pm on Sunday afternoon.
