Tickets Full Terms and Conditions:

1.     These terms and conditions apply to every ticket purchased, procured, or used to gain entry to a competition or match (“PSL events”) under the auspices of the National Soccer League (“the PSL”). 

2.     The purchase, holding, and/or use of a ticket constitutes acceptance of every term and condition recorded, each of which is material. 

3.     Every ticket holder1 acknowledges that the PSL owns and controls all commercial and intellectual property rights in relation to PSL events.  

4.     Tickets are issued for personal use and may not be sold to others, exploited commercially or non-commercially, or transferred. A ticket cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, and there is no responsibility to replace lost, damaged, or stolen tickets.

5.     Entrance to a PSL event is dependent upon presentation of a valid ticket (and upon request, proof of identity). A valid ticket gives access only to the area indicated on the front of the ticket. No pass-outs or readmissions of any kind will be issued during PSL events 

6.     All ticket holders’ consent to filming and sound recording by the PSL, or persons or firms authorized by the PSL at PSL events and to the use of such recordings, or photographs, or likenesses by the PSL or any person or firm authorized by the PSL free of any compensation. 

7.     No ticket holder will be party to any arrangement with a commercial or other firm that directly or indirectly permits any form of advertising or the drawing or attempted drawing of any association between any commercial or other firm and the PSL, a PSL event, or a venue (“ambush marketing”) without express prior written consent from the PSL.  

8.     No ticket holder will be permitted entry into a PSL event venue bearing or wearing any item (or clothing or otherwise) of a commercial or other firm that competes with a PSL commercial partner; and no ticket holder will engage in any activity at the venue that could be construed as ambush marketing without expressing prior written consent from the PSL. 

9.     No ticketholder or person may bring into, or use within, a venue, any equipment capable of recording or transmitting any audio, visual, or audiovisual material or information or data in relation to the PSL event or the venue save with the express consent of the PSL. Mobile phones are permitted,  provided that they are for personal and private use, but no material, footage, information or data captured by mobile phone may be distributed for any direct or indirect commercial purpose. 

10.   Ticket holders are strictly prohibited from:- 

         10.1  recording, uploading, posting, or transmitting any sound, moving, or still images or description of a match or part of a match; 

         10.2  collecting, transmitting, or distributing by any means, data, or statistic of the match or part of a match other than for personal use; 

         10.3  dissemination of any sound, moving or still image, description, data, result or statistic of the match, in whole or in part, for any sort of public access, irrespective of the transmission form, whether over the internet, radio, television, computer, mobile phone, data accessory or via any media or platform, other digital technology networks for distribution, display, communication or further functionality such as social media platforms or blogs, websites, apps or similar media tools, or any other current and/or future media; 

          10.4  assisting any other person or persons to conduct any such activity. 

11.     The ticket holder will comply with all instructions issued by the PSL during the PSL event. The PSL reserves the right to refuse admission to any person in its absolute discretion, and to eject from the venue any person who fails to comply with PSL instructions, or in the opinion of the PSL, represents a safety or security risk, or nuisance.

12.     Ticket holders may not use tickets for any commercial purpose whatever, including but not limited to promotions or advertising activities, or as rewards in a competition, sweepstake or for the collection and/or distribution of any match related data, unless expressly authorized by the PSL in writing prior to such activity. 

13.     Entry will not be permitted if the ticket holder is carrying or has in his or her possession prohibited items which will include but not be limited to food, drink, chemicals of any kind, containers, bottles, cans, recording equipment, laser pens, pets, cameras, video cameras, weapons, banners that are illegal or contravene any football rules, flares, smoke bombs or flag sticks, or items that could be construed as being for the purpose of ambush marketing. Prohibited items will be confiscated and the PSL will not be responsible for any loss or damage to such items. 

14.  The PSL accepts no responsibility and excludes to the maximum extent permitted by law any liability for loss, injury or damage to persons or property in or around the venue or in any way associated with attendance at the PSL event. Any liability on the part of the PSL will be limited to the face value of the ticket. 

15.  The ticket holder will comply with all instructions issued by the PSL during the PSL event. The PSL reserves the right to refuse admission to any person in its absolute discretion, and the PSL also reserves the right to eject any person from the venue if such person fails to comply with these terms and conditions, PSL instructions, or who in the opinion of the PSL represents a safety or security risk, nuisance, or annoyance. 

16.  The PSL reserves the right to alter the advertised programme for the event owing to any unforeseen or unavoidable circumstance and no refunds, exchanges or alternative use of tickets will be offered or made available in such circumstances. The PSL will not be liable for any delay in performing its obligations as a result of fire, strikes, industrial disputes, abnormally inclement weather, acts of terrorism, governmental orders or decrees or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. 

17.  If the PSL event is cancelled prior to the start of the event, the purchaser will be entitled to a refund in the amount of the face value of the ticket. If the PSL event is postponed, the ticket will be valid for the re-registered date. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ascertain the date and time of the rearranged event. 

18.  Any ticket obtained in breach of these terms and conditions will be void and all rights, including the right of entrance, will be immediately nullified. The PSL will have the right to confiscate any such ticket, deny access, or eject any person in possession of such a ticket without a refund. 

19.  Tickets will remain, at all times, the property of the PSL which has the right to recall the ticket at any time.
