Kaizer Chiefs Reserves left it late when they ended in a respetable 4th position on the 2016/17 Multichoice Diski Challenge log standings. Chiefs Reserves closed the season with a 2-1 win over Supersport United Reserves on Sunday at the Sinaba Stadium.

The Arthur Zwane led Chiefs Reserves side lived up to their promise to remain professional against the bottom side Supersport United Reserves in a dead rubber match that produced good goals from first team striker, Emmanuel Letlotlo and young striker Yusuf Bunting.

Amakhosi Reserves ended on 28 points with 8 wins and 4 draws which is 6 points adrift of the Champions Mamelodi Sundowns Reserves.
