Kaizer Chiefs and Vodacom arrived in Limpopo on Monday as part of a buildup to Wednesday night's big encounter in the Absa Premiership featuring Kaizer Chiefs against Ajax Cape Town.

Chiefs and Vodacom started at Masingita Plaza in Giyani on Monday. "The support in Giyani was overwhelming. The excitement and the passion of Amakhosi is growing in leaps and bounds. We are encouraged by the support we are continuing to get everywhere we go with our partners, Vodacom," commented a visibly happy Club Marketing Director Jessica Motaung.

The Roadshow touched down at Paledi Mall in Turfloop. Nathi Modiba, the Vice Chairperson of Seshego Supporters Branch has been a supporter since his early age,"I have been a supporter from young age. I was born in a Khosi family. I feel proud each and every time when the team comes to Polokwane. I am a proud Chiefs supporter. At least we know that we have a home ground advantage against Ajax. We always beat them with high margin when we play at Peter Mokaba Stadium. It's operation 'Train boela sporong' (train get back on track) after a loss at Platinum Stars derailed us a bit," said Nathi.

"I am happy to see Chiefs and Vodacom in town. It makes me feel proud and the supporters are all smiles as they received free tickets and other awards for participating in a variety of fun and games," said Nathi.

Lumka Mabotha from Pretoria Central Branch was at Paledi Mall as well and she expresses her feelings via kaizerchiefs.com,

"I am ecstatic, I feel awesome and happy to meet my favourite players, Team Managers and fellow supporters. I played Foosball and won tickets for the match tonight. I won Vodacom Airtime and also received my free KC Mobile Starter Pack, I Ricad it and will stand a chance to win a jersey for life in the monthly draws," said Lumka.

"Our players shouldn't think they are leading the log and relax. They must continue to play their hearts out.

The boys must forget about the other teams, we love them and we will continue to support them all the way," said Lumka.

The supporters waited in anticipation for the arrival of their Stars at Paledi Mall, Captain Itumeleng Khune, Simphiwe Mtsweni. Josta Dladla, Lorenzo Gordinho and Philani Cele. The crowd went berserk when the players arrived. The players greeted the supporters and signed autographs much to the delight of the crowd.

Sabina Bopape from Nobody said "I feel so great to hug my players and they also signed my cap,"

Kholofelo Mathiba based in Pretoria, greeted and hugged Khune and said she will never forget that. "This is an experience of a life time and I am very happy about that,"

Tickets for the much anticipated clash tonight at Peter Mokaba Stadium are available on sale at Computicket and Shoprite/Checkers at a cost of R40 Adults and R10 for children.
