Arbitrator Hilton Epstein on Monday listened to both Sundowns and Kaizer Chiefs in the Fabian McCarthy case and will likely deliberate on the evidence presented next Friday.
The issue was not finalized but expected SC Epstein, who also resolved the case that involved Hellenic and AmaZulu in the Gareth Ncaca matter, to likely rule on the case at the end of next week.
