Senior Council Hilton Epstein will continue to preside over the hearing between Sundowns, SA Football Association, Premier Soccer League and Kaizer Chiefs over the validity of Fabian McCarthy's registration.

SC Epstein was expected to make a ruling on Monday but after Sundowns had questioned his legality, the hearing was postponed but it has now emerged that the arbitrator was properly appointed and will now go ahead with the hearing.

The matter will now be heard on Thursday where all parties involved will be expected to present their arguments. A decision, which will be binding and final, is expected by Friday.
