The Kaizer Chiefs youth development teams emerged with a slight advantage from their SAFA Gauteng Development League (GDL) series against SuperSport United at the Sagewood Curro school on Sunday.

The U14s ended up all square in a thrilling 3-3 draw to get the day going. Amakhosi U15s were the only victorious team on the day, beating their counterparts 2-1, while the U19s concluded matters, playing to a an exciting 2-2 draw.

Their next challenge is at home against Sundowns on Sunday, 9 March at the Kaizer Chiefs Village, kicking off at (:00am with the U14 game.

The reserve team did not play in the DStv Diski Challenge (DDC) last weekend and have been using the time productively to prepare for their visit to Polokwane on Saturday, 8 March, where they will face Marumo Gallants at the Seshego stadium.
