Building nicely on the back of their successful outing away to the SAFA/Transnet School of Excellence last Saturday, Amakhosi’s academy teams enjoyed another profitable SAFA Gauteng Development League (GDL) match-day against Sevens Academy at the Village on Monday.

The U14s opened the series with a 3-0 win, followed by a 5-1 triumph for the Amakhosi U15s. The U17s were held to a 0-0 draw, before the U19s emerged victorious by a score of 2-1.

Next up, Chiefs juniors travel to Elspark Sports Ground on Thursday, 1 May, to face Elspark United. They are in action again on Sunday when they visit Balfour Park to meet Highlands Park. Both programmes commence at 9:00am

In the DStv Diski Challenge (DDC), newly-crowned champions, Kaizer Chiefs face an away tie against AmaZulu on Sunday, 4 May, to close out their successful campaign.
