Kaizer Chiefs’ Under-13s, Under-15s, Under-17s and Under-19s will face their counterparts of Highlands Park in the Gauteng Development League fixtures on Saturday, 11 August. All the matches will take place at the Sacred Heart College in Observatory, Johannesburg.
The games of the Under-13s and Under-17s will kick off at 09:00, while those of the Under-15s and Under-19s will start at 10:30.
The Kaizer Chiefs Youth Development Academy sides have been busy, having played games last weekend (Saturday, 4 August) as well as yesterday, on Women’s Day.
The Under-19s registered a two-nil win over Kathorus Academy on Saturday, but lost 2-1 against the School of Excellence on Thursday. The Under-17s played to a two-all draw against Kathorus Academy, while achieving a one-all scoreline yesterday.
The Under-15s easily beat the School of Excellence 3-0, but had a tougher game against Kathorus Academy with the match ending in a goalless draw. The Under-13s, meanwhile, drew both their games, achieving a two-all scoreline on Saturday followed by a one-all draw on Women’s Day.
