The Kaizer Chiefs Executive Chairman Kaizer Motaung and Amakhosi family in its entirety has expressed shock at the unfortunate events that befell South Africa during the past week.



On Jabu Khumalo RIP (51)



Jabu Khumalo has made his name as a committed football promoter and administrator – by the time of his death he was the Chairman of NFD side African Warriors. As Kaizer Chiefs, we salute and celebrate the life of this gentle giant.



On Vuyo Mbuli RIP (46)



Vuyo Mbuli has graced our airwaves for many years. He was a daily feature through his inspirational and charming voice. By the time of his death Vuyo was a Presenter of SABC2’ Morning Live and SAFM’ Morning Talk. Over the years Vuyo had been an example to many aspiring audio visual personalities. We bow for his selfless service to the nation.



The Chairman expressed his condolences on behalf of Kaizer Chiefs family; “We are shocked and would like to take this opportunity to send our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and friends and trust that God will prevail under these circumstances.”
