Beyers Naude Secondary School and Mapetla High School, both in Soweto, were handed playing kit by Kaizer Chiefs on Wednesday through Nedbank and The Sports Trust Initiative in developing communities through sport.

The two schools led by their principals accepted the kit from Marketing Director, Jessica Motaung, Nedbank’s Maseda Ratshikumi, and Sports Trust’s Carol Crawford including captains, Kaizer Motaung JNR, George Lebese and Tlou Molekwane. Siphiwe Tshabalala who studied at Mapetla High School also joined his teammates in handing out the playing kit.

The visibly delighted school children were given an opportunity to watch their stars as they were taken through the paces by Head Coach, Vladimir Vermezovic ahead of the Nedbank Cup tie against Vodacom outfit, Cape Town All Stars.

The game will take place on Saturday, 03 March 2012 and kickoff is at 20:15. The tickets for the game are still available at Shoprite/Checkers and Computicket countrywide. Tickets for adults go for R40 and tickets for juveniles are on sale for R10.
