Kaizer Chiefs take on Black Leopards in one of the picks of the quarterfinals at the FNB Stadium on Saturday evening at 20h00. The eagerly awaited clash has been billed as a ‘do or die’ encounter for The Amakhosi and Lidodaduvha.

Chiefs are eager to run riot over Leopards and make their way into the semi final, but are aware that it won’t be an easy task as Amakhosi star man David Obua explains “ Leopards for the most part play above themselves when they meet Chiefs, they might not be brilliant against Sundowns and Pirates but against us they usually pull out all the stops”.

Obua and his team-mates are only too well aware that if you do not tame Leopards early on they can be a problem. Having said that the Chiefs star man is confident that The Amakhosi will proceed into the next round of the competition.

“We know that we have the beating of Leopards, because of our poor results in the last three games we have regrouped and revived ourselves and will be more than ready come Saturday” said Obua. The Ugandan international makes no qualms about the fact that a big performance is needed from Chiefs to get the fans singing and dancing again “firstly we owe it to our supporters to advance into the semi finals - as well to our coach and we owe it to ourselves.

The team has really been working hard this past week and we are really pumped up and ready to run for this game” added a confident David Obua.

Chiefs most consistent performer this season will have the opportunity to skin Leopards on Saturday evening. Tickets for the game, which kicks off at 20h00, are presently available at Computicket and Checkers Shoprite outlets. Tickets will also be available at the Amakhosi store in the Johannesburg CBD on Saturday morning until 13h30, and at the Stadium prior to kick off.

The Stadium gates will open at 16h00 with a host of entertainment lined up to keep supporters busy prior to kick off.
