“We will play them twice in the space of ten days,” coach Steve Komphela reacts after Kaizer Chiefs drew Mpumalanga Black Aces for the Telkom Knockout quarterfinal.

Amakhosi host Black Aces in a league fixture on 17 October at the FNB Stadium.

“It is not going to be easy,” comments Komphela. “It will be a big occasion for them and they will bring their A-game. We will prepare and go out to perform.”

The quarterfinal games will be played in the weekend of 23/24 October. The PSL Competitions Committee will release all the logistics in due course.

“Aces are playing good football under Muhsin Ertugral,” concludes Komphela. “We are happy with the draw and we will go out there do the right thing.”
