Team Manager, Ryder Mofokeng has told kaizerchiefs.com that the team is looking forward to their first game on Thursday evening against locals, Hanover Park.
The Amakhosi led by legends Ryder Mofokeng and Arthur Zwane (Coach) arrived in Cape Town on Wednesday morning; “The players are excited to be here and everyone is focused on the prospects of competing in the Metropolitan U19 Premier Tournament.
“We are aware that Hanover Park as locals will be difficult but we are focusing on our game plan and not thinking much about the opposition.
Mofokeng added that the Supporters Club Branches in Cape Town have been in touch with the team; “Through the office of the Supporters Relations Manager (Cecil Motaung) the branches have indicated that they will be coming through to support the team throughout the tournament something that the players appreciated to hear.
