Activation: Clermont KK Library

Kaizer Chiefs and their main sponsor, Vodacom, brought Clermont to a standstill during the Activation this afternoon.

The Activation was part of the Kaizer Chiefs 'Durban Invasion'. Speaking following a successful event staged the previous day, on Thursday at Philani Mall, in Umlazi, the Marketing Director, Jessica Motaung commented,

"Durban has been buzzing since we arrived. The festive mood is in the air and Kaizer Chiefs is in town to add to the festive vibe. As you can see we have painted Durban in Gold and Black. The Chiefs badge has taken over if you look at every street, hotel lobbies and shopping malls. It is pleasing to witness the people wearing their authentic jersey as a fashion statement."

"This is part of painting Durban in Gold and Black. We left smiles at Philani Mall yesterday. Today we are here in Clermont and excitement is in the air. Tomorrow it will be the grand finale. 'Ke Festive Boss' is the theme of the Amakhosi Festive Vibe, Featuring DJ Tira, the venue will be at Umlazi at Max's Lifestyle from 14:00," said a jubilant Motaung.

"Today we had an opportunity to apply and get our Supporters Club Memberships. We would like to thank the Club for visiting and bringing the services closer to the supporters. We also got the KC Mobile Starter Packs (waving their Starter Packs with a smile). When we have done the RICA application for our SIM cards and start using them regularly, we will be entered in the monthly lucky draw and stand a chance to win prizes ," said Buhle and Zandile, both have supported Chiefs since their early ages.

Maxs Lifestyle restaurant in Umlazi starts at 2 p.m. on Saturday 21st. Entrance to the vibe is R250 for the DECK, R500 for the VIP Lounge and tickets are available at the venue.

Buhle and Zandile declared their satisfaction with the way the Team is progressing this season, both will be attending the Amazulu vs Kaizer Chiefs game, taking place on Sunday, 22nd December 2013. The game at Moses Mabhida Stadium will kick off at 15:00.
