Kaizer Chiefs coach Ted Dumitru says the clubs is looking at solutions to address the defensive problems that have beset the club since the start of the new season.
"There are areas that require urgent attention in the team. That is not something that can happen overnight. You cannot anticipate a drop in form from certain players, you cannot anticipate individual errors and you cannot anticipate big blunders at the back. These are the things that really deprived us as compared to last season."
