Congratulations to ‘Chincha Guluva’

The Kaizer Chiefs’ Executive Chairman Kaizer Motaung added to his array of honours when he was awarded the 2013 BBEC Chairman’s Award. The Kaizer Chiefs Supremo received the award at the BBEC 3rd Chairman’s Awards event which took place on Friday, 15 March 2013 at The Theatre On The Track – Theatre and Convention Centre. ‘Chinch Guluva’ as he is affectionately known was accompanied by family members at the awards ceremony.



BBEC is Black Business Executive Circle and has been in existence since 2000 and has become home to the leading black business elite of this country. The concept of the forum is to draw executives from the black business leadership to share common challenges, initiate and give rise to new ideas, and create opportunities for peers.



Even though Mr Motaung is not one to flourish under recognition for his contribution – the award is befitting for he continues to demonstrate high value in terms of humility, commitment and consistency to inspire others.



The award is in recognition of the continuous cultivation of thought leadership and the ability to mobilize men and women to a common purpose and to build characters which inspires confidence.



Other 2013 celebrants are: Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma - African Union Chairperson, Mr. Herman Mashaba – Lephatsi Investment Executive Chairman, Mr Lehlohonolo Letele – Multichoice South Africa Executive Chairman, Mr. Sipho Nkosi – Chief Executive Officer of Exxaro Resources South Africa and Mr. Vusi Khanyile – Thebe Investment Corporation Chairman.



Kaizer Chiefs Family in its entirety would like to congratulate The Executive Chairman for receiving another award and wish him many more accolades to come.
