Hard tackling defender, Morgan 'MG' Gould is likely to miss the rest of the season after injuring his knee when Amakhosi played against Golden Arrows on Saturday, 6 April 2013, the Club's Medical Team has revealed.
Team Physio, Dave Milner reported; "Initially it was thought it is just a ligament. A scan back in Joburg showed that he has damaged his ligament and cartilage. He will most likely be out for the rest of the season,"
Gould has been part of the Chiefs' unshakeable rear-guard since his return from a long term injury.
His partnership with Eric Mathoho and Tefu Mashamaite earned them the 'Three Towers' nickname from kaizerchiefs.com.
The Amakhosi family in its entirety would like to wish 'MG' a speedy recovery.
