Relegated haunted Chippa United host the league champions at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on Saturday afternoon (kick-off at 15:00).

“This game is an important part of our celebrations afterwards,” continues Baxter. “We will approach the match with utmost professionalism.”

Chippa and Amakhosi have met in three league matches since 2012/13. The visitors boast a 100 percent record in the sequence, with three wins from as many encounters.

When the teams met earlier this season, Bernard Parker scored the only goal as the Amakhosi claimed a home win in Polokwane.

“The game must mirror our mood,” adds Baxter. “We must switch on and be motivated. The match must reflect the moment of going to receive the league trophy and the quality we have shown this season."

“We will involve some fresh legs inside the field and on the bench,” Baxter says, while confirming that midfielder George Lebese is ruled out for this clash due to injury.
