Assistant Coach, Doc Khumalo told the media at Moses Mabhida Stadium during the Nedbank Cup Press Conference that the team has put the celebrations on winning the league aside and are now 100% on Nedbank Cup Final.

The sold out game promises to be a thrilling final to bring down the curtain on 2012/2013 PSL season.

"It was important to win the league but all that is now water under the bridge. We are fully focused on Nedbank Cup final and I am sure we all know how important it is for us to put smiles on the faces on the Club's faithful," said Kaizer Chiefs no. 2 Doc Khumalo.

"Preparations have gone quite well and everyone is fired up for the upcoming game. We are missing Kingston Nkhatha who is suspended but we have enough ammunition to achieve our objectives going to this game.

Khumalo insisted that the Glamour Boys have nothing to prove and should not worry about emulating their rivals' success in the past two seasons.

"We do not know what are their objectives going forward but at Chiefs it is all about the future.

"We want to build a team that is capable of dominating South African football for a long time.

"We are happy to have won the league and we are on the right track as the Club. Our Executive Chairman, Kaizer Motaung and the Board have a vision and as a team we are firmly focused on achieving the objectives we have set as a Club.

The South African football legend sited next to his counterpart from Supersport United, Kaitano Tembo played a glowing tribute to their opponents.

"Gavin Hunt and the rest of the Technical Team need to be commended for job well done.

"They have turned the Club to be a force in SA football. They have good players like George Maluleke, Sbu Zuma and many others who will be dangerous on Saturday.

Chiefs has not won any of their last four games losing to University of Pretoria last Saturday; "The Coach (Stuart Baxter) had few words with the players following the game on Saturday.

"It is important we turn things around on Saturday and I have no doubt that the boys are capable of doing the supporters proud," added Khumalo.

Kickoff for the game is at 15h00.
