Kaizer Chiefs has been boosted by the return of hard tackling midfielder, Willard ‘Salt & Pepper’ Katsande who sat out for the last two games due to a red card suspension, a boost that was welcomed by Coach, Stuart Baxter.

Katsande has been one of the regulars this season playing alongside Reneilwe ‘Yeye’ Letsholonyane in the heart of the midfield.

“We welcome back Willard (Katsande) for this game but Major (Lehlohonolo Majoro) misses out due to suspension.

“Willard is a welcome return to the squad and he will no doubt add the skills that he provides to the team. He is a fierce competitor and always fights for the team,” added Baxter.

Baxter also revealed that the Medical Team will monitor the progress of leftback, Tsepo Masilela and towering defender, Eric ‘Tower’ Mathoho.
