Midfielder Willard 'Cheese & Onion' Katsande has extended his stay with the Amakhosi for a further three years, effectively to June 2017.

The 27 year old hard man joined Kaizer Chiefs from Ajax Cape Town in 2011.

kaizerchiefs.com caught up with the Zimbabwe born ahead of the Golden Arrows v Kaizer Chiefs Absa Premiership encounter at Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban, on Thursday, 19th December 2013.

"I am pleased with the way the negotiations went. To pen a new deal speaks volumes. It is all about hard work paying off. I will do the rest of the talking on the field of play to respond to this vote of confidence," commented Katsande.

Katsande has made 61 appearances in official games for the Amakhosi.
