“We are here to build up towards the game,” supporters of Kaizer Chiefs’ Kraaifontein Branch collectively stressed. “To witness Amakhosi in our own Cape Town backyard is special and much appreciated.

The KC Roadshow made a stopover in Kraaifontein ahead of the mouth-watering Absa Premiership fixture against Platinum Stars at the Cape Town Stadium on Sunday afternoon (kick-off is at 15:30).

Among the crowd that gathered at the Kraaifontein Shopping Centre on Saturday were the following ladies: Sive Ndinga, Undie Ntozimbi, Leyema Thandeka, Tshenolo Segolodi, Sweetness Senatse and Zaza Nombewu.

“We belong to the Kraaifontein Branch,” they mentioned, full of energy and clad in their Gold and Black regalia. “We will be at the stadium for the Platinum Stars game and we encourage all the Amakhosi fans to join us to fill-up the Cape Town Stadium."

The KC Roadshow was full of vibe, with fun games being the order of the day.

More than a few lucky ones walked away with prizes, while others signed up with KC Insurance or bought KC Mobile Starterpacks.

“The KC Retail Store saw authentic Chiefs merchandise flying off the shelves,” reflects KC Retail Manager Emmanuel Khumalo on the day. “We are happy to see that our supporters buy our authentic merchandise instead of going for fake gear.”

Match tickets are selling fast for R60 at Computicket and Shoprite/Checkers for this afternoon’s clash between Amakhosi and Dikwena at the Cape Town Stadium.
