The chase for the league title is still tight as we managed to get three points this weekend against Ajax at Newlands stadium on Sunday 17th April 2005.
Top goal scorer Collins Mbesuma with 19 league goals, scored early in the
ninth minute of the first half, and in the 65th minute David Radebe doubled
the score to make it 2-0. Ajax only managed to pull one goal back in the
70th minute.
We are now six points behind the log leaders Orlando Pirates with a match in
hand and the run for the league title gets interesting and exciting and
tougher.
