Fullback Tsepo Masilela has extended his stay with the Amakhosi with an additional two years to his current contract that is due to expire in June 2014.

The former Maccabi Haifa of Israel who also had a stint with Getafe FC of Spain, will see his extended contract running from 1 July 2014 to 30 June 2016 with an option to extend for another year, to 30 June 2017.

The 28 year old told kaizerchiefs.com that he is happy about the new deal while the football manager, Bobby Motaung expressed delight at the conclusion of the deal, “We are happy that Tsepo has agreed to extend his contract with us. Tsepo is an International player and has demonstrated commitment to the Team,”

Masilela was part of the Amakhosi double winning Team during the 2012 – 13 PSL season.
