There was a huge sigh of relief on Monday as Kaizer Motaung JR and Jimmy Tau returned to training ahead of the MTN8 fixture against Bidvest Wits.
Kaizer Motaung JR last made an appearance for Chiefs during the Vodacom Challenge encounter against Tottenham Hotspur and missed the two games against Orlando Pirates.
Jimmy Tau was forced to miss the inaugural Carling Black Label after being voted overwhelmingly by the supporters due to a slight injury.
Also back at training was Mandla Masango and Mthokozisi Yende.
Dave Milner told kaizerchiefs.com that trio, Reneilwe Letsholonyane, Lucky Khune and George Lebese will see a doctor for assessment on Monday. The three players sustained injuries on Saturday against Orlando Pirates.
