Kaizer Chiefs Head Coach will be looking ahead of the MTN 8 quarterfinal game against TUKS aware of the challenge his Team will be up against, but he always prefers to look to the future when he speaks about his opponents.
"We have to prepare properly for each and every game we play. We have to be professional and our approach must be focused, otherwise we will encounter problems.
We respect TUKS and their Coach Barker has done a tremendous job with his Team hence we have to take this fixture seriously like we do with other games.
We will not rotate the team for the sake of rotation - we will endeavour to field the best Team at all times. Yes, we obviously have to from time to time rest other players but at the end of the day whoever takes the field must be ready to compete.
Siyabonga Nkosi is back to full training, but Keegan Ritchie and him are not available for this weekend. Morgan Gould is still on a recovery phase but he is making big steps. At the moment we do not want to rush him to a full game."
Known for his passion for development, Baxter commented; "With regard to our youngsters, we are carefully monitoring their progress and protecting them in their development to be ready for the rigorous Premiership game. We are happy that they are working hard and showing hunger."
In their previous game TUKS beat Amakhosi 1-0 in the last PSL league game of 2012-13 season.
