Nengomashe whose contract was up for renewal come June 2005 could not wait but endorse his loyalty and love for the Phefeni Glamour boys with another two years stretching his involvement with the Naturena outfit until June 2007.
Speaking after the training session at Naturena on Tuesday, Nengomashe said he could not look anywhere else in Africa,"I am very excited at the opportunity of playing for Chiefs for another two years simply because there is no club like Chiefs in Africa that could have given me the happiness and the professionalism I need to grow my game. I am humbled by the faith the club management and supporters have shown in me and I still have a lot to learn from the game in South Africa".
Amakhosi Communication Manager, Putco Mafani said: "Tenashe is our own baby and we are delighted at his modesty. When we found him, actually when Bobby Motaung spotted him playing for Zimbabwe U-23 here in South Africa, some three years ago, we knew, immediately we had a gem. There is no doubt that up to date he is still one of the best imports ever," said Mafani.
Since joining Kaizer Chiefs Nengomashe is a big hit not only in the country but also back at home where he plays for the Zimbabwe senior national team.
