Sthembiso Ngcobo has revealed that he is delighted to have extended his stay with the Club for three more seasons.

The player had a year to go on his contract before signing for further three years two weeks ago.

“It has never been my intention to leave the Club. The reports in the media never affected me and I am happy to have signed a new contract with the Glamour Boys,” said Ngcobo speaking to kaizerchiefs.com on Wednesday.

“My focus now is on next season. We all can’t wait to get started to work. I am hoping to improve this coming season and play more than I did this past season.

“The fans, the Management expects us to do well this coming season following a season where we did not win a trophy. We hope to change as it is a Club’s culture to win trophies.

“We are all determined to work even harder for the badge and we are all delighted with the quality of players that have joined the team and hopefully they can help us take the Club to another level,” added Ngcobo.

Ngcobo is now contracted to the Club until end 2015/2016 season having joined the Club at the start of 2010/2011 season.
