Josta Dladla has told kaizerchiefs.com that he will be ready to step in and do the business for the team whenever the Technical Team calls him into duty.

The experienced midfielder has not featured regularly in the team this season despite starting the league game against Mamelodi Sundowns early February.

“As a player you always want to play. I enjoy it when I am on the pitch doing what I do best playing football but I have seen limited time on the pitch this season.

“I remain positive though about our chance as a team and also making a contribution to the gold and black.

“It is this common goal that motivates me. The team has also been doing well and it can be difficult to break in the team. I always work hard in training give my best and when I get a chance to play I will grab it with both hands,” said Dladla on Tuesday morning.

Dladla was on the bench as Chiefs drew with Bidvest Wits on Saturday at FNB Stadium; “We have put that game behind us and now we are 100% focused on the Chippa game. We have to do well in Cape Town to consolidate our position on top of the Absa Premiership.

“It was my dream growing up as a boy to play for this team. I have a had good time from day one. I am more focused on helping the team achieve its goals this season.

“A win in Cape Town will put us a step closer in achieving our dream especially after dropping points at home last weekend,” added Dladla.
