I am definitely happy with the result, I am not happy with our over all performance we have to though be happy that we have progressed to the semi final that is the important thing. This was our first official game of the season and it was good to start off with a win which is good for us although we need to work on a few more aspects of our game. Overall we can not really complain we got what we were looking for and we will now begin to think about the semifinal’s.

For me to have scored in my first official game for the club and it is really fantastic, I am really happy because I thought that we played well and gave a good account for ourselves. On a personal note I am very happy with being able to carry on from where I left off in the SAA Supa8 last year, I hope that we can continue winning and make it all the way to the final.

We knew that had a slow defence and we tried to use that to our advantage but we were unable to find the break through that we were looking for. I thought Chiefs played well and deserved their victory, although I must say that we did give a good account of ourselves and can count ourselves unfortunate for having come up against such a strong team.
