Siphiwe Tshabalala will miss the Club’s opening game of the year against Jomo Cosmos on Wednesday, 15 February due to injury picked up in training.

Team Physio, Dave Milner confirmed to kaizerchiefs.com on Monday that the stylish midfielder injured both his knee and ankle on Saturday; “Shabba got injured in training on Saturday. He saw Club’s doctor on Monday and will miss the game against Jomo Cosmos. He is going for further assessments later in the week,”

Tshabalala joined midfielder Reneilwe Letsholonyane who could miss the rest of the season after suffering an injury early January.
