The case came before the PSL DC on Saturday but never lasted, as a postponement was unavoidable. One of the reasons presented was the failure to arrive by one of the Hellenic witnesses and the second was that the DC did not have enough audiotapes to record the proceedings.
The case will now be heard on November 26.
The case was previously postponed on numerous occasions, as the player was not available due to national team commitments with the Amaglug-glug in China and later Nigeria for the All-Africa Games.
Hellenic claim that the player signed a two-year deal with them on the day his contract came to an end with Santos.
But Chiefs argue that they signed the Durban-born Spencer with proper papers and that they had the player's clearance from his ex-club Maritzburg City who had him on a loan deal from Santos.
