against Orlando Pirates.
Coke Cup fiesta
Following a good weekend where Amakhosi bagged three valuable points t return to the summit, the focus will now switch to cup action.
Chiefs take on PSL newcomers Silver Stars, who are slowly gaining a reputation as giant killers, in the 2003 Coca-Cola Cup final set for FNB Stadium on Saturday, kick-off at 15:15.
Tickets for the Coke Cup final are already on sale for R25 at Computicket outlets countrywide.
Big Soweto Derby
The date that all soccer-loving supporters have been waiting for is final upon us. December 13 is confirmed as the day for the big clash between rivals Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates and FNB Stadium will be the venue. Kick-off is at 16:00 and the game will
also be on television.
Tickets went on sale as of November 27 at Amakhosi Store at the Gandhi Square and Computicket
outlets and supporters are urged to buy early for this tantalising fixture.
Tickets are selling at R20 for adults and R10 juveniles.
It promises to be an exciting duel as both
clubs are currently riding the crest of the wave. Pirates are back in the running for
league honours following yet another victory under stand-in coach Augusto Palacios. That
result moved them to second with a point behind leaders Amakhosi.
As for Amakhosi, they are in their best form in years and continue to play an exciting
brand of football. The supporters have responded positively to this.
After the Soweto derby, Chiefs will have two more fixtures before the Christmas recess. They will visit Zulu Royals on December 17 and return home to host Santos on December 20.
