The Amakhosi U17 continued with their dominance in the SAFA Soweto Regional League when they thrashed Silver Stars of Krugersdorp 13 - 0. The game was played on Sunday, 6 October 2013, at Nike Centre, Pimville.

The win at Stars coupled with the chasers, Senaona Gunners, losing against Midas, will extend the junior Amakhosi's unassailable lead on top of the log.

Brendan Konki scored 6 of the goals to take his season's tally to 34. Mpho 'Jomo' Khumalo scored a hat-trick with Thato Khiba scoring a brace. The other two goals came from Waswen Jadean and Thato Masopha.

U17 Coach Arthur Zwane will be brimming with confidence ahead of his charges's fixture against Sporting Football Club from Turfontein. The game will be played at the Nike Centre, Pimville on Sunday, 13 October 2013. Kickoff is at 10:00.

The Amakhosi U19 didn't feature last weekend due to SAFA Johannesburg Nedbank Cup weekend. Coach Ntsie Maphike's lads will be back in action this weekend when they play MD Spartans in the Castle League fixture.
