Siboniso 'PSG' Gaxa believes one of the reasons the Club has done fairly well is because of working as a "collective" and "for one another" and they will continue this coming weekend when they welcome, Polokwane City at the Moses Mabhida Stadium.

Gaxa who was accompanied by Club teammate, Kingston Nkhatha was addressing the Nedbank Cup Last 16 Press Conference at Premier Soccer League HQ in Parktown on Thursday afternoon.

"We all work for one another and as a collective at Kaizer Chiefs and it has been our strength this season.

"The duty for instance to score goals cannot be left on the strikers; it is a duty of the team to score goals and help the team win games.

"Goals have been coming from all departments just like we defend as a unit. You have seen our strikers tracking back to defend every time we lose the ball," Gaxa pointed out.

On the game against Polokwane City, Gaxa commented; "We know how important the game against Polokwane City is to our objectives this season.

"We are not thinking about anything else but the last 16 on Saturday. At Kaizer Chiefs we do not underestimate any team.

We will approach the game with the same winning mentality we adopted since the start of the campaign," continued Gaxa.

Gaxa was the first player to be unveiled by the Club prior to the 2012/13 league season opening to signal the Club's intentions.

"I have found the environment and professionalism at the Club second to none and conducive for the players to come up with results.

"I have enjoyed every moment of my time at Naturena since arriving prior to the start of the season,"

Meanwhile the Club would like to encourage fans to purchase tickets early for the game on Saturday. Tickets are already on sale at Shoprite/Checkers and Computicket countrywide selling for R40 adults and R10 for juveniles.

Kickoff is at 20:30.
