Lincoln Zvasiya has said that the game against Mamelodi Sundowns is now water under the bridge ahead of the tricky tie against 3rd placed Free State Stars at Soccer City Complex, FNB Stadium on Saturday, 17 December 2011.
The young Zimbabwean was impressive on his debut as the Glamour Boys registered an emphatic win against Mamelodi Sundowns at Loftus Versfeld early this month.
“That game is over – done and dusted. I am fully focused on the upcoming game against Free State Stars. The focus of the whole team is on Free State Stars,” said the player affectionately known as ‘Harare’ speaking to kaizerchiefs.com on Tuesday afternoon.
“I have watched Free State Stars and like any side in the PSL they will not be pushovers. We are focused on our objectives though which is to get maximum points in our last two games but we will have to start with Free State Stars.
The young centre back added that he is looking forward making his home debut at FNB Stadium; “It is the most beautiful stadium in the country. The pitch is big and I am looking forward playing at FNB if I get the nod to start on Saturday. We have all been working hard ahead of this game. It is a very important game for us and I am sure for the supporters as well. We will be going all out to win it,”
Kick off for the game is at 20:15.
