Donay Jansen scored the only goal of the match to steer Amakhosi reserves to a 1-0 win over TS Galaxy in their DStv Diski Challenge fixture at the Tsakane stadium in Ekurhuleni on Sunday.

The gifted 21-year-old, who has already caught the eye of senior Head Coach, Cavin Johnson, fired Chiefs ahead in the 8^th minute and it was enough to add three more points to their league tally, which is now up 37 from 20 matches.

Maintaining 4^th position on the log, they have extended their lead over 5^th placed Cape Town Spurs to four points, and are fully focused on catching the three teams currently above them.

Next Saturday, 9 March, Amakhosi Reserves will be hungry to make it three wins on the spin when they host their counterparts from Moroka Swallows in Round 21 of the national U-23 league, kicking off at 10:00.
