Chiefs tackle Sundowns with 2 changes

Kaizer Chiefs will tackle log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns with two changes when compared to their last game on Wednesday against Cape Town City.

The game will see Philani Zulu replace Nkosingiphile Ngcobo and Leonardo Castro start ahead of Samir Nurković. Ngcobo and Nurković will be on the bench.

Coach Gavin Hunt will apply a 4-4-2 formation against Sundowns this afternoon.

Itumeleng Khune will start in goal.

His defenders will be Reeve Frosler on the left, Daniel Cardoso and Mulomowandau Mathoho at the centre of the defence while Siyabonga Ngezana will operate on the right hand side.

Njabulo Blom and Bernard Parker will man the midfield, with Zulu and Lebogang Manyama on the right. .

Amakhosi will have Castro and Khama Billiat in attack.

Bernard Parker will once again wear the captain’s armband.

The referee of the match is Phillip Tinyane. Assistant referees are Kamohelo Ramutsindela and Ephas Sitole. The fourth official is Abongile Tom.

The exciting DStv Premiership match between Amakhosi and Masandawana will kick off at 15:00 at Loftus Versfeld in Tshwane.   No spectators will be allowed in the stadium. The game will be live on SuperSport Channel 202 on DStv, SABC 1 and various SABC Radio stations, with regular updates of the match on Twitter @KaizerChiefs.
