Coach Ernst Middendorp yesterday watched his side go through their final preparations for this Saturday afternoon’s Absa Premiership fixture against Polokwane City in Polokwane.

“I saw City play against Mamelodi Sundowns at Loftus Versfeld on Tuesday,” commented the Kaizer Chiefs coach. “They do their business and they are ambitious in their own ways.

“We come here to play our normal game and we are here with one aim in mind, to win.”

The match is scheduled to take place at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium. Kick-off is at 15:30.

“We have a concern with Happy Mashiane,” Middendorp added. “Happy picked up a foot injury and will be out for a few weeks. It’s important to make adjustments and bring in another player to take the responsibility.”

Chiefs go into this encounter after a Nedbank Cup win last week, while Polokwane Cityplayed to a 1-all draw against Sundowns.
