Tickets for Home League Matches
Tickets for our league home games can be purchased through a new ticketing vendor, Open Tickets. The system currently works for games at FNB Stadium from March 2025.
The new ticketing system will be managed by Open Tickets, ensuring ease of access and greater security at the stadium. Spectators will now have multiple options to purchase tickets conveniently, including:

Buying Tickets on the Kaizer Chiefs Website
- Visit www.kaizerchiefs.com
- Select "Tickets" from the menu
- Click "Buy Tickets" for your chosen fixture
- A pop-up will appear where you can:
- Select ticket type and quantity
- Enter your details
- Complete payment
- Download your tickets into Apple/Google Wallet or access them via email

Available at over 1,700 outlets, including Shoprite, USave, and Checkers nationwide.
Buying Tickets via WhatsApp
For the first time in the industry, fans can now purchase tickets via Open Tickets' WhatsApp, using Capitec Pay, Zapper, 1Voucher, or credit card payments.
- Send "Tickets" to +27 10 288 3005 and follow the prompts
- Open Tickets will reply with quick response buttons for each available game
- Tap the button for the game you want
- Open Tickets will display ticket options
- Tap the button for your preferred ticket type
- Enter the number of tickets you want
- Open Tickets will reserve your tickets and send a payment link
- Pay using:
- Capitec Pay
- Zapper
- 1Voucher (from your local Spaza)
- Credit/Debit Card
- Once payment is processed, you'll receive confirmation on WhatsApp
- Your tickets will be sent to WhatsApp before the game
- Open your tickets before arriving at the gate (data is needed for first-time access)
